This is what my rockstar baby is gonna be like... not that I'm pregnant or anything ... but instead, my kid will sing all the wrong words but try really hard to look cool anyway.  

So, I did it. I went to see... Legally Blonde the Musical. And it was great. Not so much, go with the love of your life for a romantic reason great, but go with your best girlfriends and think about who you are, where you've come from, and how far you've come... GREAT. Sure, it's fun and kitschy, but it's like, totally, HIGHlarious.

It's just a good thing to do when you're surrounded by stuffy boring lawyers to remind you how fun life can be when you don't act so serious.

Go see it. Like, totally, now. 

• There was buzz that American Idol Producers were considering replacing Paula Abdul as a Judge on AI.  Why, you ask?? She's so fantastic! Oh yeah, and a huge DRUNK. BUT... that's not the best part, in my opinion. Nope. The best part is that out of ALL people to replace her with, the buzz is that it was going to be with ultra-sober and steady, Ms. Courtney Love. AWESOME. Cannot wait for Randy Jackson to call her "dog" and see the reaction.

• Senator Joe Biden (D-DE) announced his run for presidency with a bit of a THUMP! Anyway you cut it, NOT GOOD. My opinion, it's awesome that as soon as he said, he realized that he fucked it up. Not just for his sake, but for Obama's. Let's cut through the racism and start early, ok? Maybe then, we can actually talk about Obama as a Candidate and Hillary as a Candidate as opposed to the black and the woman running for CEO of the USA.

• And finally... Gavin. Poor, sweet, HOT Gavin was caught with his pants down. No, no, not with Ms. Brittanie Mountz... but with his TOP AIDE'S married (and at the time, drunk) WIFE. This is bad, folks. Bad. Gavin was going to be a big contender at the national level of the Democratic Party pretty soon, and now, who knows? But will everything just be ok? Is it ok because he's such a guy's-guy and a good-looking one at that? I don't know, in the city where any expression of sexuality is groovy, this may cut deeper with some folks.
